Origin
Synthesis and filling take place at a partner facility in the Netherlands working to European standards. Nothing is drop-shipped from outside the EU, which is why your order clears without customs handling and arrives cold-chain intact.
Each lot is assigned a batch number before it leaves the line. That number is printed on the vial, referenced on your invoice, and is the key you use to pull the matching certificate of analysis from our archive.

Transparency

Certificates are issued per batch. If the lot number on your vial differs from the one shown, contact support and we will send the matching document.
Handling
Lyophilised peptides are stable when handled correctly. Five rules that cover most of it.
Keep vials refrigerated. Lyophilised material tolerates short ambient transport, but long-term stability depends on a steady cold environment.
UV and strong daylight degrade many sequences. Store vials in their box or another opaque container.
Store securely in a dedicated, labelled place. These are laboratory materials, not consumer products.
A stable shelf beats a fridge door. Repeated agitation can destabilise the lyophilised cake and reconstituted solutions alike.
Once reconstituted, keep the solution in an airtight, sterile vial at 2–8 °C and use it within the window stated on the datasheet.
