Description
Tesamorelin is a 44-residue analogue of human growth-hormone-releasing factor carrying a trans-3-hexenoyl group on the N-terminus. The acyl group increases resistance to N-terminal degradation. Supplied lyophilised; dissolve slowly and avoid vortexing, which promotes aggregation in longer sequences.
