Description
NAD+ is a dinucleotide coenzyme rather than a peptide, supplied here as the free acid in lyophilised form. It is markedly hygroscopic and hydrolyses in alkaline solution, so prepare stocks fresh, keep the pH near neutral and return the vial to 2–8 °C immediately after weighing.
