Each batch is analysed by reversed-phase HPLC, with identity confirmed by mass spectrometry. The certificate reports the chromatographic purity, the peptide content and the water content for that specific lot. We publish a minimum of 99 % purity; the certificate shows the measured value.

We ship with DHL and UPS to the countries offered at checkout. In-stock orders leave our EU warehouse within 48 hours on working days. Delivery inside the EU usually takes 7–10 working days, international deliveries 7–14 working days depending on destination and customs. Outside the EU, import duties and local taxes are paid by the recipient.

Vials travel in insulated, shock-resistant inserts inside a plain outer carton. There is no branding, no product name and no indication of contents on the outside. The invoice is sent by email, never enclosed in the parcel.

Yes. Most compounds are available in multi-vial kits, and we quote bulk quantities for institutional buyers. Send us the compound, the amount and your timeline and you will get a quote within one working day.

All sales are final once an order has been dispatched — sealed laboratory materials cannot be taken back. If a shipment arrives damaged or incomplete, or the certificate does not match the lot you received, contact us within seven days with photos and we will replace or refund it.

No. We can help with handling, reconstitution volumes, solubility and storage — the physical chemistry of the material. We do not give protocol, dosing or any form of medical guidance, and we cannot support use outside a laboratory setting.
