FAQ
Questions about the partner programme
A commission becomes payable 14 days after the order is completed. As soon as at least 50 € are payable, you request the payout in your partner area with one click. We pay by SEPA transfer or crypto (Bitcoin) to the payout details you enter there yourself.
Net is the product value of an order after the discount, excluding VAT, shipping and tip. Example: products worth 100 € minus 15 % discount give 85,00 € net; 5 % of that is 4,25 € commission.
If an order is cancelled or fully refunded, its commission lapses; a partial refund reduces it accordingly. That is why a commission only becomes payable 14 days after the order is completed. If an order that was already paid out is refunded later, we offset the amount against your next payout. Your partner area shows the status of every order.
No. Partner codes cannot be used for your own orders, neither through your own customer account nor with your own email address. Such orders earn no commission.
